1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the services of Jai Balaji Packers and Movers, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, legally capable of entering into a binding agreement, and that you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Offered

Jai Balaji Packers and Movers provides the following services:

  • Residential and commercial relocation (local and long-distance)
  • Professional packing and unpacking of household and office goods
  • Vehicle transportation (two-wheelers and four-wheelers)
  • Warehousing and storage solutions
  • Loading and unloading services

3. Booking and Confirmation

All bookings must be confirmed in writing (via email, WhatsApp, or our online form). A booking is considered confirmed only after you receive a written confirmation from our team. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our sole discretion.

4. Quotation and Pricing

All quotations provided are estimates based on information supplied by the customer. Final charges may vary depending on actual volume, weight, distance, and any additional services requested at the time of the move. We will inform you of any changes before executing the service.

5. Payment Terms

  • An advance payment may be required to confirm your booking.
  • The remaining balance is due upon completion of delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We accept cash, bank transfer, and UPI payments.
  • All payments are non-refundable unless stated in our cancellation policy.

6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled move date. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled move may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the agreed quotation. Advance payments on last-minute cancellations may be forfeited.

7. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure all items to be moved are disclosed and accessible on the move date.
  • Remove fragile, perishable, or prohibited items before packing begins.
  • Ensure safe parking access for our vehicles at both pickup and delivery locations.
  • Inform our team of any special handling requirements in advance.

8. Prohibited Items

We do not transport the following items:

  • Hazardous, flammable, or explosive materials
  • Illegal substances or contraband
  • Live animals or plants
  • Perishable food items
  • Currency, jewelry, or irreplaceable documents (unless separately declared and agreed)

9. Liability and Insurance

Jai Balaji Packers and Movers takes utmost care of your belongings. However, our liability for loss or damage is limited to the depreciated market value of the item(s) affected, subject to verification. We strongly recommend customers obtain transit insurance for high-value items. Claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

10. Delays and Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control including, but not limited to, natural disasters, government restrictions, road closures, strikes, or extreme weather conditions. We will make every reasonable effort to notify you promptly of such delays.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Jai Balaji Packers and Movers and is protected under applicable copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jai Balaji Packers and Movers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Vadodara, Gujarat.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
